Pork loin ribs, commonly known as baby back ribs, are a lean, tender cut of meat located near the spine. Because they are closer to the tenderloin muscle, they cook faster and are less fatty than spare ribs. They are perfect for smoking, grilling, or baking low and slow.

Pork Loin Ribs are leaner and smaller than spare ribs, making them naturally tender, with a gentle curvature that differentiates them from the flatter, rectangular spare ribs.  Baby back ribs and Pork loin back ribs are essentially the same cut, often 3-6 inches long with a moderate layer of meat and fat.
